The server hostname is deliberately mail.jeremypaca.biz — the organization's shared mail host. Type it exactly as shown, even though your address ends in @maryhelpofchristianscrusade.org. Your password is the one you set for the mailbox.

App-by-app setup

Gmail app (Android / iOS)

  1. Open the Gmail app, tap your profile picture, then Add another account.
  2. Choose Other and enter your full email address.
  3. When asked, choose Manual setup (IMAP).
  4. Incoming server: mail.jeremypaca.biz, port 993, security SSL/TLS, username your full email address, password your mailbox password.
  5. Outgoing server: mail.jeremypaca.biz, port 587, STARTTLS, same username and password.

Spark Mail

  1. Spark, Add Account, choose Other / Custom.
  2. Enter your full email address and password.
  3. IMAP: mail.jeremypaca.biz port 993 SSL; SMTP: mail.jeremypaca.biz port 587 STARTTLS.
  4. Username for both: your full email address.

Outlook (desktop / mobile)

  1. Add account, enter your email address, choose Advanced setup / IMAP.
  2. Incoming: mail.jeremypaca.biz, port 993, encryption SSL/TLS.
  3. Outgoing: mail.jeremypaca.biz, port 587, encryption STARTTLS (or 465 with SSL).
  4. Username for both: your full email address; require authentication for outgoing.

Apple Mail / iPhone Mail

  1. Settings, Mail, Accounts, Add Account, Other.
  2. Enter your name, full email address, and mailbox password.
  3. Choose IMAP. Incoming: mail.jeremypaca.biz port 993 SSL; outgoing: mail.jeremypaca.biz port 587 STARTTLS.
  4. Username for both: your full email address.

Thunderbird

  1. New message account, enter name, email address, password.
  2. Choose Configure manually if auto-detection fails.
  3. IMAP: mail.jeremypaca.biz, port 993, SSL/TLS, Normal password; SMTP: mail.jeremypaca.biz, port 587, STARTTLS.
  4. Username for both: your full email address.
